Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: Remodel the existing CUCF visiting area to create a new secure entrance arrangement and three consultation rooms, including new partitions, detention-grade doors and glazing, HVAC and fire-sprinkler modifications, and associated finish work.
Construction Cost Estimate: $75,000.00
