This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this requirement including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. The Tennessee Air National Guard, Memphis ANG Base, Memphis, TN has been tasked to Construct photo-voltaic generation and support systems to provide resiliency power to facilities on-base. Locate and mount the PV arrays on rooftops and ground mounted to supply ANG facilities. In addition, install battery storage working with the PV array systems. Provide inverter system and performance monitoring equipment. Install meters compatible and linked to local energy management system for instantaneous and historic performance tracking. Provide additional related works as necessary.
Proposed project will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The type of solicitation issued will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of the Small Business Community to include Section 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUB-Zone), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price Contract. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a quote as a prime contractor no later than 23 April 2025, 5:00 P.M. CDT. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include a signed Sources Sought Information Request Form (attached to this posting). In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
