Roof Replacement Project at Whitman Middle School

Project Description: You are invited to submit a sealed bid for the following: Furnish all labor, materials, and related services required for the Roofing Replacement Project at Whitman Middle School in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Bid documents will be available for download from the Bonfire website one week prior to the mandatory pre-bid meeting and will also be available for pickup at the meeting.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held September 1, 2026*, at 10:00 a.m. at Whitman Middle School, 2500 Parkers Lane, Alexandria, VA 22306. Contractors shall meet in the Lobby of the building’s front entrance to sign the meeting roster. NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED AFTER 10:05 A.M. Bidders who do not attend the pre-bid meeting will not be permitted to submit a Bid. A Bid submitted by a Bidder who did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will not be eligible for award. Only prequalified Bidders may attend.
