The Town of Brookfield is accepting bids for the recoating of existing athletic courts located at Cadigan Park and the Town Beach. The project includes two (2) tennis courts and one (1) basketball court at Cadigan Park, as well as one (1) small basketball court at the Town Beach. Locations • Cadigan Park – 501 Candlewood Lake Road 2 Tennis Courts (+ Pickleball Lines) and 1 Basketball Court • Town Beach – 460 Candlewood Lake Road 1 Small Basketball Court There will be a Pre-bid meeting Thursday, Dec 18th at 11:00AM
