This RFQ is being issued to solicit responses from qualified and experienced engineering firms to perform on-call transportation engineering and program management related to the project design review and other tasks outlined in this RFQ. The result of this solicitation will be an on-call list of consultant engineering firms that will be eligible to submit project specific proposals to the NVCOG in response to solicitations.
