2026.0224, City RFQ & RFP - Architectural & Engineering Services for Flooring Project at Northeast Elementary School RFQ/RFP Opening: January 8, 2026 at 4:00 PM Project is funded in whole or in part with State of CT DAS funds. Per Sec. 10-287 this will be a combined Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals. Proposals meeting the qualifications criteria in the RFQ will be reviewed. No RFQ/RFP Deposit Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting: December 18, 2025 at 3:30 PM. Meet at Northeast Elementary School, main lobby, located at 82 Scofieldtown Rd, Stamford, CT 06903 Project Manager: Racquel Anderson, Clerk of the Works All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare ( https://stamfordct.procureware.com ). All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare.
