Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Scotts Valley Water District (“District”) in the District Office at the time, date and place below for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, appurtenances and services for completing the installation, development and testing of project designated by the Scotts Valley Water District as GLENWOOD TANK SITE PROJECT - SITE IMPROVEMENTS (SECANT WALL INSTALLATION) at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read.

Time: Before 3:00 PM, Thursday July 30th

After bids are opened, they will be referred to staff for subsequent action. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any errors or discrepancies. Any bids received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will be returned unopened.

GLENWOOD TANK SITE PROJECT - SITE IMPROVEMENTS (SECANT WALL INSTALLATION) DESCRIPTION

The GLENWOOD TANK SITE PROJECT - SITE IMPROVEMTNS (SECANT WALL INSTALLATION) involves the furnish of all materials, labor, equipment, fuel, tools, transportation, and service for the installation of new secant wall, pavement, curbing, fencing, and drainage associated with the slope stability project adjacent to the existing water tank. Glenwood Tank site is located above Glenwood Subdivision within Glenwood Open Space Preserve (east side). The site is accessed by an existing paved driveway between 44 Deerfield Drive and 3 Mountain Valley Drive at the corner of the cul-de-sac.
