Sealed bid proposals for REMEDIATION OF 273 RIVERSIDE AVENUE will be received until 11:00 AM on January 8th, 2026 at Office of the Executive Director, New Colony Development Corporation 3074 Whitney Avenue Building One, Hamden CT 06518. The bids will then be opened on January 6th, 2026 @ 11:00 AM. The scope will include the removal of a portion of the asbestos roofing materials at 273 Riverside Avenue and the temporary repair of the roof.
