The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) by the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia (City) is to solicit sealed bids from interested qualified contractors (Bidder) to replace the roof of the Public Safety Building located at 101 North Main Street, Harrisonburg, VA 22802.The Project involves the demolition of the existing ballast roof system and installation of a new Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Membrane Roofing system, as detailed on the attached architectural plans. Project shall be completed October 31, 2025.
