Solicitation Summary
The City of Rockville seeks to retain a qualified Contractor to provide mental health services and outreach for Rockville residents aged 60 and older (or who are members of the Rockville Senior Center) as well as to support broader community education and engagement efforts around mental health topics. Services will be delivered primarily on-site at the Rockville Senior Center and will include individual counseling, group therapy, psychoeducation, and outreach efforts designed to identify and address barriers to mental health care access for older adults.
These services will also be provided to adults between ages 18-59 years of age who are referred to the provider by the HCD staff. These services will be provided at the Rockville Senior Center or City Hall.
