Workday Professional Services & Support RFQ

The City of Los Angeles (City) Information Technology Agency (ITA) is creating a prequalified bench of firms interested in providing, by contract, professional services and support, on an as-needed basis, for the City’s Human Resources and Payroll System (Workday). The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to prequalify firms that can provide the services of high-quality contract staff to ITA on an as-needed basis for use in two distinct situations:
Temporary situations that do not justify the addition of permanent staff; and
Situations that require unique skill sets in various aspects of Information Technology.
This RFQ is the first in a two-phase procurement process where selected firms will be awarded a prequalified contract for as-needed services. In the second phase, City departments will conduct Task Order Solicitations (TOS) to request bids/responses from the prequalified firms. Once a bid/response has been selected for a TOS, ITA shall transmit a Notice to Proceed that shall be incorporated and made a part of the prequalified contract.
ITA invites RFQ submissions from firms interested in providing, by contract, services in one or more of the following Workday Professional Services and Support Areas of Qualification:
Implementation and Advisory Services
Operational Support
Integration and Reporting
Governance and Organizational Change Management
Security Changes
Workday Release Management
