CTC Woodstock - HVAC Renovation

The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Chattahoochee Technical College for a HVAC Renovation project at their Woodstock Campus location in strict conformity with the project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project.

MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE:
The College will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Prebid Conference and Site Visit at their North Metro Campus on September 12, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. EST to discuss the scope of work associated with this project. The meeting will be held in Building B ¿ Room 212. Review the Mandatory Prebid Conference document attached to the GPR Bid Notice for more details.
