INURANCE BROKERAGE SERVICES
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) #2026-013
Project Description: The Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is seeking a vendor to perform
consulting/brokerage services for a full range of benefit program services in RFQ 2026-013.
How to Obtain a copy of the RFQ: Scope of Work and further information concerning the RFQ
may be obtained beginning June 3, 2026, from the RTA’s Procureware website at
https://norta.procureware.com/home. You will be required to first register on this website. The
RFQ can also be obtained at Regional Transit Authority’s website at http://www.norta.com
Responding to RFQ: Proposals must be submitted through RTA’s Procureware website on or
before 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Any questions or further information concerning this
RFP may be submitted through https://norta.procureware.com/home beginning on June 3, 2026.
Only written questions submitted through https://norta.procureware.com/home shall be
considered official. All answers to questions shall be posted as formal addenda to the website
under RFQ #2026-013.
The RTA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all submittals.
