Summary The Bureau of Clinical Laboratories is seeking to procure the following services for the Mobile Division: Qty (2) ----CAL B 4 measurements at 2 volumes (100% and 10%) As-Found Qty (2)----CAL B 4 measurements at 2 volumes (100% and 10%) As-Left Certificate of calibration must be provided upon completion of services. Calibaration and repair services required for ali-Q pipettes. Must include shipping. Shipping address is 757 Museum Drive Mobile AL 36608. Instruments are required for critcal testing in laboratory setting and shipping must be completed in 10 after receiving the purchase order. The purchase order is subjected to cancellation, if shipping time frame can not be met. ********ADPH Reserves the right to not award based on budget restrictions. ********No Alternatives or Substitutions will be accepted
