The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) awarded a contract to Innovative Professional Solutions, Inc. on a sole source basis for fabrication and installation of minesweeping winches. This contract includes supplies for the government of the Republic of Korea under the Foreign Military Sales program. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 3204(a)(1). Contract effective date is 8 Janaury 2026 with expected delivery completion in June 2030.
