NOTICE OF PRE-QUALIFIED TECHNICAL REGISTRANT LIST
In accordance with A.R.S. 34-103 and Navajo County Procurement Code Section 13.9(F); Navajo County
invites Technical Registrants to submit your firm's status and professional qualifications.
Please submit your most current Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) no later than September 17, 2026.
The preferred method of submission is via e-mail to: procurement@navajocountyaz.gov. If you fail to respond
by this date, your firm's name and contact information will not be included on the County's Pre-Qualified
Technical Registrant List for the term of (October 2, 2026 - October 1, 2027). There are no specific projects at
this time. The Pre-Qualified Technical Registrant List will be utilized on an "on-call" basis to include, but not
limited to, various Engineering Designs and/or Studies, Surveying, Materials Testing, Geotechnical Evaluations,
Floodplain Review, Architectural Services, Plan Reviews (both Commercial and Residential), etc. Firms and/or
Registrants submitting a SOQ must have an active license with the Arizona Board of Technical Registration.
The SOQ should include the following information:
1. Introductory/Cover Letter (one page)
2. Experience and Qualifications
* Firm Organizational Chart
* Resumes for Key Team Members (Include Key Team Member Licenses, Registrations,
Certifications, etc.)
* Provide a Listing of Services Offered, i.e., Architectural, Engineering, Geotech, Surveying, etc.
* Provide Arizona State Board of Technical Registration license number and expiration date.
* Provide Firm Experience and/or Completed Projects of Services Offered
3. Firm Experience Related to Arizona Counties
* Identify type and location of work performed for Arizona Counties within the past five years.
* Include References that may be contacted
* Qualifications of Firm
* Firm management and organization capabilities
* Firm's responsiveness to Owner's Concerns
4. Prior Performance/Experience with Navajo County
Please limit responses to six (6) 8 12 x 11 pages, minimum font of 10 pt. (excluding cover page, cover letter,
resumes, and divider or title page separating the Statement of Qualification from the resumes). Should you
