Scope

The Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service is seeking an experienced company with experience in the preparation of the EMS Supplemental Payment Program Cost Report in a similarly sized jurisdiction. Experience preparing such a report in the State of Maryland is preferred.

The Contractor must provide EMS Supplemental Payment Program (ESPP) Cost Report services to supportthe MCFRS Third Party EMS Billing Program. The services include project management, County data analysis, report preparation and review, information submittals required for the ESPP on behalf of the County, and follow-up required by the Maryland Department of Health as part of the ESPP for a fiscal-year reporting period. The Contractor must work closely with the County throughout the term of the Contract to ensure that all Parties understand the information being reported.
