Contractor shall provide all permits, labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary for the routine servicing, maintenance, and repair of roofing and/or structural issues associated with the identified Caltrans properties including Maintenance Stations (MS), Safety Roadside Rest Areas (SRRA), Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facilities (CVEF), Special Crew Station (SC), and other Caltrans facilities in District 03.
