IFB 01A6669 Trash Collection, Hauling and Disposal Services in Humboldt County

Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, trash bins, equipment, travel, and incidentals, and to pay all associated costs, fees (including disposal fees), and taxes, necessary to provide scheduled trash collection, hauling, and disposal services.

Contractor must have a valid Motor Carrier Permit(s) (MCP) issued from the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) for its services as a Motor Carrier of Property under this Agreement. Contractor shall pay any required fees necessary to obtain and maintain in good standing the required MCP(s).
