There is no travel time or minimum show up time. There is no deposit. SHA only pays after work is complete and an invoice is received. Please itemize your hours worked and include your hourly rate. Your hourly rate must match your rate on your price form. Prices are good for up to 3 years or until the contract is exhausted. On invoices below $5,000, SHA can pay via card if you do not charge an additional card processing fee. Default payment is check by mail in about 15 days. Free ACH transfer available. If you would like it schedule a facility tour, it is option and does not affect our bid evaulation. However, it may help you better understand what you're bidding on. There is no subcontracting.
