FY26-27 Paving Project Engineering Services

Notice is hereby given that the City of Gilroy, at 7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, CA 95020, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E) for stage construction and traffic handling plans (traffic control plans), electrical (signal loop system), and detour design to support the City’s FY26/27 Paving Project, as described in the Request for Proposal No. 27-RFP-PW-544.

Proposals will be accepted up until 2:00 PM, Thursday, October 8, 2026. The email subject line of the email shall be titled “FY26/27 Paving Project Engineering Services No. 27-RFP-PW-544”.

Proposals received after that time and date will not be considered. The City of Gilroy accepts no responsibility if delivery is made to another location other than the location specified above, and/or if deliveries are delayed. An evaluation team will review submitted proposals and select the best qualified firm based on the evaluation criteria and selection process outlined in the RFP.
