This amendment modifies the contract by removing the following clauses.
These clauses are being removed because the commercial requirements are not
applicable to this procurement; the clauses were included in error. The
clauses being removed are listed under both the FAR and DFAR associated with
the Acquisition of Commercial Products. All other terms and conditions of the
contract remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
The following is included in section M of this solicitation:
The Government will consider all responsible offerors/quoters for the award.
The Government will evaluate offerors/quoters based on price, delivery
timeframe, and past performance. All evaluation factors other than cost or
price, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price.

This solicitation is being issued under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAAuthority formally known as Special Emergency Procurement
