Multimedia Architect

Project Description: Hillsborough County intends to recommend the award of a noncompetitive procurement to Natal Creative Studio, Inc. for a three (3) year period at a total cost of $188,928.00, for ongoing and as-needed multimedia information architect services, including the development of training initiatives, publications, multimedia content, and web-based resources, which support the 13th Judicial Circuit Courts unique initiatives and communication needs. This procurement is being made in accordance with Section 3-208(30) of the County’s Procurement Policy as Natal Creative Studio, Inc. possesses over 10 years of direct service to the agency and a deep understanding of historical and existing court policies, procedures, and judiciary-specific protocols. This specialized knowledge ensures that the services provided are uniquely tailored to meet the operational and communication needs of the judiciary, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness, and to not disrupt court operations. The County reserves the right to extend the time period further, adjust the scope of services in response to changing conditions and updated requirements, and increase the resulting award accordingly.
Contractors who believe that they can provide goods and/or services that are substantially and materially the same as those identified in the attached quote and specifications must submit clear and convincing information to support a challenge to the intended award. Challenges to this notice must be received no later than the Close Date of the Sole Source (SS) Project and must be directed to the primary contact listed above using the “messages” section in Bonfire for this particular procurement. After this date, an award will be made. The County will review properly submitted challenges (responses) to determine whether bona fide competition exists.
