This is a Sources Sought Notice for Lodging and Transportation Management Services at the National Guard Professional Education Center (PEC) at Camp Joseph T. Robinson in North Little Rock, Arkansas 72199.

The requested services will provide comprehensive management of the PEC lodging facilities to include front desk services, housekeeping, and transportation of students and guests staying in PEC lodging as well as those that are billeted off-post.

The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought or to otherwise pay for the information solicited.

Although "proposal," "offeror," contractor, and "offeror" may be used in this sources sought notice, any response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal.

Any information received from a contractor in response to this Sources Sought may be used in creating a solicitation. Any information received which is marked with a statement, such as "proprietary" or "confidential," intended to restrict distribution will not be distributed outside of the Government, except as required by law.

This Sources Sought is issued by United States Purchasing and Fiscal Office – Purchasing and Contracting for the Arkansas Army National Guard. The NAICS code identified for this requirement is 561210 Facility Support Services. The requirement is detailed in the Performance Work Statement Draft attached to this document.

Cursory market research has identified several businesses that may be able to provide for this requirement.

The purpose of this sources sought is to identify small business companies capable of performing the requested services. Contractors shall identify the NAICS code for the services being offered as well as their size status under said NAICS.

Contractors shall identify pertinent point of contact for company, contractor Unique Entity Identity number for size standard and socioeconomic verification in SAM.

Contractors shall include any relevant comments about the Attachment(s) if applicable.

Period of Performance: The initial period of performance is anticipated to June 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026. Four option periods/years are anticipated to be included in the requirement.
