The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the discrepancy between Questions 11 and 12 from the previous Vendor Question and Answer #2 attachment and to extend the proposal response due date to October 2, 2024 at 12:00pm EDT.

The purpose of this amendment is to provide a revised Statement of Work, answers to vendor questions regarding the EPA A/E IDIQ Phase I solicitation, and extend the response due date to September 27, 2024.

The deadline to submit questions for the Phase I solicitation will be 12:00pm ET on September 9, 2024.
