Invitation for Bids (IFB)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that specifications and proposal forms for furnishing all labor and materials and professional consulting and/ or construction services for the following project(s) entitled:
Renovation 336 Penny Street – 2023-GEDTF-208
All Contactors must conduct a pre-bid site visit of the property before the sealed bids are due in order to be eligible for an award.
Based on this site visit contractors will provide their detailed write-up of the work that will need to be done in order to complete the items listed in the specifications.
The site visit date is 4/27/2026 from 10 AM to 2 PM.
Interested bidders must schedule an appointed time by contacting Mr. Keenon Mikell at (412) 673-2113, ext. 100.
Bids will be accepted up to 3:00 p.m. on 5/7/2026 and opened on 5/8/2026 at 3:00 p.m. during a virtual meeting.

Successful bidders awarded a contract may be assessed a fee by PennBid as applicable.
