3.1- 350 Mentoring Licenses

Software is any set of instructions written with series of 1's and 0's that operate or facilitate programmable objects.

3.1.21- Additional Users/Licenses may be needed and added per set cost and per each license. These licenses will be co-termed with current licenses. Quality listed for new licenses is an estimated purchase volume and represents an approximate volume of anticipated purchases only. No future use of the Contract or any individual item is guaranteed or implied

3.2- To ensure a smooth transition and maintain operational continuity, the awarded vendor shall be responsible for providing a minimum of (20) twenty hours comprehensive training to personnel per year for the term of the contract (initial year and optional renewed terms). This training shall encompass all aspects of the product/service implementation, system operation, updates to software systems, and any associated procedures. In the event of a change in vendors or products, the awarded vendor shall collaborate closely with the incoming vendor to facilitate effective knowledge transfer, guaranteeing uninterrupted services and productivity. The training shall be interactive, addressing practical and operational needs, and will be recorded and made accessible for ongoing use by the Agency as a refresher or for the training of additional personnel or licensees.
