Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Sam Houston (MICC-FSH) is issuing this Combined Synopsis and Solititation, W9124J-26-R-PINS, on behalf of the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) G1. IMCOM requires the procurement of U.S. Army Retiring Soldier Lapel Buttons, as specified in AR 600-8-22, para 6-19e, and the associated services for its quarterly distribution to 59+ Army installations, which also includes developing a tracking system and providing reports.



A MANDATORY QUALIFICATION exists: sources must be certified by The Army Institute of Heraldry (TIOH) or be an authorized distributor for a TIOH-certified manufacturer per AR 600-8-22 and AR 840-10.
