(R020-25) Concrete Restorations

Project Description: NOTICE
Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County, located at 124 Park and Pool Road, New Stanton, PA (Mailing Address: P.O. Box 730, Greensburg, PA 15601), until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time, December 17, 2024 for the following:
CONTRACT R020-25 Yearly Contract for Concrete Restoration Services within the Authority’s Service Area for the Period April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026.
Copies of bidding forms, specifications and other contract documents will be available at no cost on the PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) website. Bidders shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the “Vendor Discussions” tab in Messages on PennBid.
Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages must be paid, where applicable, and will be requested on a per project basis.
Any projects scheduled through this contract that are federally funded could have additional requirements.
Vendors who are awarded contracts are assessed a variable award fee based on the type of contract. Fixed Fee Contracts award fee in 1/3% (.0033) of the initial contract award amount. The award fee shall be no less than $100 and no greater than $5,000.
Any bid not submitted under the conditions provided herein will be rejected.
The Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County reserves the right to waive any informality in any bid received, to reject any bids, or to accept any bid or portion of the bid it deems in its best interest.
