The Southeastern Connecticut Council of Governments (SECOG) is seeking proposals from Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) firms to support brownfield assessment and planning activities within the SECOG Geographic Boundary. SECOG was awarded a Brownfields Assessment Coalition Grant by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the FY 2025 competition. This RFP includes tasks to support site-specific assessment and reuse planning in Preston, CT, and identification and prioritization of additional brownfield sites in the SECOG Geographic Boundary. All proposals must be submitted by 4:00PM EST on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.
