The PA Department of Labor and Industry, Commonwealth Technical Institute at the Hiram G Andrews Center located at 727 Goucher St, Johnstown, PA is seeking to procure a vendor to provide Public Transportation, Bus Passes.
The term of this Purchase Order will be 2 years with 3-1-year renewals. DELIVERIES: -Quantities are estimates and may be increased or decreased dependent upon need. -Deliveries will be made via United States Postal Service to: Admissions, 727 Goucher St, Johnstown, PA 15905. Your electronic submission must include the following. Failure to submit all of these items will result in automatic rejection of your bid: -Pricing -Reciprocal Limitations Act Form, State of Manufacture GSPUR89 -Worker Protection Form BOP-2201 Bids are due by the date and time specified; the solicitation will not be available in the PA Supplier Portal after that date and time. Failure to submit bid as described may result in your bid being rejected as a non-responsive bidder.
