The Southeastern Connecticut Council of Governments (SECOG) is seeking proposals from Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) firms to support brownfield assessment and community engagement in the Town of Sprague. SECOG was awarded a Brownfields Assessment Coalition Grant by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the FY 2025 competition. This RFP includes tasks to support site-specific assessment at 130 Inland Rd, and community engagement efforts. All proposals must be submitted by 4:00PM EST on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. Full RFPs, including scopes of work and submission instructions, are posted on SECOG’s website at https://secogct.gov/rfp-rfq. SECOG is affirmatively seeking small, minority, and women owned businesses.
