  • Description: The City of Dodge City is seeking proposals from willing owners of existing irrigation water rights (up to approximately 4,500 acre-feet per year total) who are interested in selling all or a portion of those rights for potential conversion to municipal use and future development . The City will consider single large acquisitions, smaller acquisitions, or assembled packages to support long-term water-supply objectives and infrastructure resiliency .
