Town of Durham Public Library Stair Reconstruction Bid

Sealed Bids for the Town of Durham Public Library Stair Reconstruction will be received at the Finance Director’s Office until 10:00 am, Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the reconstruction of an existing exterior stair, which includes, but is not limited to concrete repair, masonry, metal railing, door, frame, hardware, and painting. Plans and specifications must be obtained directly from the Town’s website, www.townofdurhamct.org, under ‘RFPs & Bids’ at no cost to the Contractor.
