Project Description: The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as providing mechanical and electrical installation to replace existing variable refrigerant flow (VRF) equipment located on the first floor of the Ada County Courthouse, as more specifically detailed in the Project Manual specifications and drawings (the “Project”).
