Description of Rquirement:
Natural Resources Canada has a requirement for a field emission scanning electron microscope to perform advanced microstructure analyses in support of major research programs, with fully integrated live Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy and direct Electron Backscatter Diffraction capabilities.
The Contractor must be able to provide Directional Gaseous Analytical Detector and Scanning Transmission Electron Microscopy detectors as optional purchases.
The Contractor must provide warranty and maintenance services for up to 9 additional optional 1-year periods.
The delivery and all work must be completed by September 30 2026.
The period of the contract is from the date of contract award to September 30 2027.
