Cloud Based Internet Isolation Service

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), PS8414, located at 2300 East Drive, Building 3600, Scott AFB, IL 62225, awarded a contract on May 11, 2026, to By Light Professional IT services LLC. The contract was awarded with a total contract value of $298,145,173.56 to provide Cloud Based Internet Isolation (CBII) services for the Department of War (DoW).

Under the terms of this award, By Light Professional IT services LLC will provide CBII services leveraging Menlo Security, Inc.’s Cloud Browser product as a reseller-provided managed service. This solution serves as the Department’s primary remote browsing isolation capability, supporting approximately 3.2 million users enterprise-wide. The service is designed to enhance the Department's cybersecurity posture by isolating web-based threats in a secure cloud environment, ensuring safe internet access for DoW personnel globally.
