Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number W8476-267061/A dated September 16, 2025 with a closing of October 23rd, 2025, at 14:00EDT

Only businesses listed in the Indigenous Business Directory and meeting PSIB can bid.

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to procure one hundred six (106) Sled Self Propelled, 2 strokes, for delivery to various Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Valcartier, Petawawa, Borden, Meaford, Gagetown and Goose Bay. The requested delivery date is 240 days after contract award. An option for thirty-five (35) additional Sled Self Propelled, 2 strokes is included for delivery within Canada. DND chooses to restrict bidding to Indigenous businesses even though it’s not required. GSIN: N2350EA

The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
