Project Description: This contract includes a base bid and two alternate bids for the milling, base repair and paving of specified roadways within Perkasie Borough. All material, labor, and equipment necessary shall be in accordance with PennDOT Publication 408 and Borough Standards. Asphalt materials shall be based on PennDOT’s May 2026 Asphalt Cement Price Index.
