Reliant Water Technologies Wet Well Wizard System and Parts

Sarasota County intends to renew a sole source procurement to Agora Water Solutions LLC for the provision of Reliant Water Technologies Wet Well Wizard system and parts.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.

Per correspondence from Reliant Water Technologies dated November 27, 2024, Reliant Water Technologies Wet Well Wizard System is a sole source product - manufactured, sold and distributed exclusively by Reliant Water Technologies. No other company makes a similar or competing product, as Reliant holds U.S. patents #9,968,895, 10,752,530 and 11,318,426 on the Wet Well Wizard. This product must be purchased directly from Reliant Water Technologies or in Florida from Agora Water Solutions. The Wet Well Wizard is the only lift station air ejection system available that can eliminate fats, oils and grease and neutralize H2S odors (at the odor’s source) for wastewater lift stations.
