RFP No. 26-001 Soil Amendments and Field Supplies for Athletic Fields

Project Description: The West Chester Area School District, Chester County, Pennsylvania, solicits sealed bids for the for the following contracts:
Contract No. 26-001 Soil Amendments and Field Supplies
Sealed bids for West Chester Area School District, 2026 Soil Amendments and Field Supplies for Athletic Fields within the West Chester Area School District, Chester County, Pennsylvania, will be received online via the PennBid Program (www.pennbid.net ) by West Chester School District until 11:30 AM prevailing time on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened via PennBid and read aloud at the Facilities and Operations Center Building, 1181 McDermott Dr, West Chester, PA 19380.
All bids must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit. The winning bidder shall agree to guarantee the bid price(s) for a period of nine (9) months starting March 10, 2026. Winning bidders may extend the bid price guarantee by written permission to the District.
All Bidding documents are available online at no cost at PennBid (www.pennbid.net) and will become available starting January 30, 2026, after 4:00 PM via PennBid.
All questions will be received through the PennBid solicitation until Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 12:00 Noon.
The School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, and to make or not make awards in the best interest of the West Chester Area School District.
