1. This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60PQ-140003/D and covers a requirement from the following Product Category(ies) of the SA:

- Product Category 1 - Workstation Systems;

- Product Category 2 - Work Surface Products;

- Product Category 3 - Filing and Storage Products;

- Product Category 5 - Ancillary Products

- Product Category 6 – Collaborative Products

2. Public Safety Canada has a requirement for the purchase, delivery and installation of office furniture to 269 Laurier Avenue West, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 0P8 by April 30, 2026

3. This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst the General Stream of Suppliers (SA holders).

Only Offerors holding a Workspaces Supply Arrangement (SA) at the time of the solicitation of offers closing, under SA E60PQ-140003 series of SAs are eligible to submit an offer. The SA is incorporated by reference and forms part of this solicitation of offers.

4. There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.

1.        The Contractor must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

2.        The Contractor personnel requiring access to sensitive site(s) must EACH hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by the CSP, PWGSC. Until the security screening of the Contractor personnel required by this Contract has been completed satisfactorily by the CSP, PWGSC, the Contractor personnel MAY NOT ENTER sites without an escort.

3.         Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to be awarded without the prior written permission of the CSP, PWGSC.

4.        The Contractor must comply with the provisions of the:

a)        Security Requirements Check List and Supplemental Security and Classification Guide (if applicable), attached at Annex Security Requirements Check List;

b)        Contract Security Manual (Latest Edition).
