INTENT OF WORK: The Town of Indian Trail (“Town”) is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from Firms and plans to contract with one Firm to provide an update to the Town’s current stormwater utility fee program. An assessment of the current methodology and the identification of the current impervious areas in Town per parcel. The Town is not looking to raise the utility fee, but if justification is warranted then it should be evaluated.  The Firm will also create a new database of all current structures located inside FEMA’s Special Flood Hazard Areas (SFHAs).

The Question Submittal Deadline is by 4 p.m. on Thursday, January 9, 2025.
