Summary
The Ohio Department of Children and Youth (DCY) is releasing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to select a qualified vendor to design, set up, manage, and dismantle the DCY booth at the 2025 Ohio State Fair. The booth will serve as a key platform to raise awareness of DCY services and programs available to Ohio families. The vendor will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of the booth, including collaborating with DCY’s in-house design and communications teams to create engaging displays, procure promotional materials, and implement interactive activities that appeal to a variety of age groups. We will be utilizing the same "Discover DCY" theme from 2024. The vendor will also manage daily booth operations, including staffing, logistics, and the execution of daily events aligned with the Ohio State Fair’s promotional themes (e.g., sensory-friendly day, family day), while ensuring that booth activities are engaging, educational, and inspiring for fairgoers. |
