Description
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), Albany State University is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to accept bids for Crowd Control Equipment, per the attached Bid Specifications. Pricing must include all applicable costs for products or services, including any applicable shipping charges FOB Destination to Albany, Georgia, and all other requirements as outlined in the Specifications. All questions must be submitted to the Procurement Office via the Questions function on this solicitation. Prospective bidders should only contact the Albany State University Procurement Office regarding this solicitation.
Any contract award resulting from the RFQ will be made to the lowest, responsive and responsible supplier meeting all specifications and with whom Albany State University has reached agreement on all contract terms and conditions.
