REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lauderhill is seeking sealed qualification statements for the following work as specified:

SECURITY GUARD SERVICES (RE-BID)

RFQ NUMBER: 2026-053

The City of Lauderhill will be accepting sealed Statement of Qualifications up to 1:45 P.M. EST, August 17, 2026, via IonWave https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/ Statement of Qualifications received after 1:45 P.M. will not be considered.

The City of Lauderhill seeks to establish a Qualified Vendor List of firms capable of providing security guard services on an as-needed basis for the City's Safe Neighborhood Districts (SNDs), municipal facilities, public spaces, and special districts in order to enhance public safety, deter criminal activity, protect public assets, and improve quality of life. The scope of services may include, but is not limited to: Access Control and Gate Attendant Services, Mobile Patrol Services, Community Security and Crime Prevention Services, Special Event Security Services, Emergency Response Support, Security Technology and Systems Support.

The full Statement of Work will be available on and after July 24, 2026, on IonWave at https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/ . Vendors who obtain solicitation documents from sources other than IonWave are advised that their solicitation package may be incomplete. All addendums will be posted and distributed via IonWave by the Finance/Purchasing Department.

Questions regarding this Request for Qualification (RFQ) may be submitted via the IonWave question tab. The final date for questions will be ten (10) days before the proposal due date. Questions received after this date will not be answered.
