Bridge maintenance and repair work on federal projects for Kentucky Highway Districts 1 - 12.
There will be 1 master agreement awarded per region. Regions will be awarded as Western Region (Districts 1-4), Central Region (Districts 5-8) and Eastern Region (Districts 9-12). See catalog for description of each line item. Bidder must submit bid for all line items for bid within a selected region to be considered responsive. Bidder does not have to bid all regions. ***ONLY ONLINE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS RFB.*** Emailed and hard copies delivered by any method WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. *On this line, Bidders must enter $0.01 for price and zero (0) for delivery in the e-procurement system.* To do this, see attached document How to Respond to an Online Bid through the Kentucky Vendor Self Service site (updated).pdf. *ALL actual BID PRICES and DELIVERY TIME must be entered on attached Bid Sheet and submitted as an attachment in the e-procurement system.* *Please enter contact person, phone number, and email address on the bid sheet.* Vendors should review and update, if necessary, all addresses and contact persons for their account prior to bid submission. This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. |
