The Town of Madison (ToM) invites qualified firms to submit proposals for three assessments that include architectural / engineering skills; space planning; and land management / land development. Given the multi-faceted nature of these tasks, professional firms are invited to propose services for one or more of these tasks – pricing will be provided for each task separately and for multiple tasks if proposed. Firms are encouraged to attend a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference on September 9, 2025 at 10:00AM at the Facilities Department Building located at 284 Green Hill Road, Madison. Proposals must be received in hard-copy format at the address listed above no later September 30, 2025 12:00 noon. Proposals will be opened in the Facilities Department Main Office and names of respondents will be publicly read aloud at that time.
