The Town of Bloomfield CT (“Town”) would like to offer its residents, customers & guests the opportunity to conduct business with the Town utilizing credit/debit cards & other forms of electronic payments. The term of the resulting contract (the “Agreement”) shall be for an initial period of three (3) years &, at the discretion of the Town, two (2) potential additional one (1) year extension periods. All proposals must be received in the office of the Purchasing Department by Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. eastern. One (1) Original (clearly identified as such), plus five (5) read only paper copies, as well as one (1) electronic pdf copy on a thumb drive, shall be submitted to the Town of Bloomfield Purchasing Dept., Town Hall, 2nd Floor, ATTN: Joe Muraca, Purchasing Manager, 800 Bloomfield Ave, Bloomfield, CT 06002.
