Description

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for 1 Intermediate Evaluation Services Consultant to support Director Research Personnel Generation (DRPG), within Director General Military Personnel Research and Analysis (DGMPRA).

DGMPRA provides an integrated personnel research program for the DND and Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) that addresses both strategic and operational research needs.

DRPG provides timely assessment, expert advice and research products informing the development of effective tools, policies and programs to optimize the selection, recruitment, and retention of military personnel, and to meet the personnel-related operational and organizational needs, and the organizational, governmental and international reporting requirements of the CAF/DND.
